Refund and Return Policy
Overview
We only provide refund if there is any valid reason for dissatisfaction. Refund shall also vary course to course. Any refund request after 3 hours of purchcase of course or after 3 days of receiving the physical version of course or study materials shall be deemed invalid, unless there is a reasonable ground with proof. Our refund and returns could take 7 to 10 working days to process only after the refund has been approved by Inklogy administration. There is a strict process that Inklogy owns to ensure if someone has wrongly purchased a course with valid grounds. To assess a refund request and judge the validity of the ground behind a refund, Inklogy management can take up to 30 days to respond depending up on the criticality of the reason. The response can either be positive or negative. Once a positive judgement is there with decision for refund (either full or partial), it then can take from 7 to 10 working days to process the refund.
